11/12 Nurse

Welcome to the WTHS 11/12 Health Office, a great place to practice preventative medicine! I look forward to working with you and your children so that they can be their healthiest in order to have a successful school year. We will be doing screenings as per State mandate in the following areas:
1. Height/Weight- 11th and 12th grade
2. Blood Pressure-11th and 12th grade
3. Hearing- 11th grade
4. Scoliosis- 12th grade
Due to the large number of students attending WTHS, it will take months to complete all of the screenings. Therefore, if you feel your child may need to be screened earlier in a particular area (such as vision), please let us know. We are available Monday through Friday from 7:00am until 2:20 pm. Please call us at 589-8500 ext 7044. FAX: 856-256-9149. You can also email me: Kluckiewicz@wtps.org
